The Ask

One of the largest markets for our client requested to set up a core pod team in Japan to help design, organize and provide front-end CSS code to deliver a new site within 3-months for the market. It was key to have day-to-day communications with leadership in Japan to generate real time iterations of designs through meetings, collaboration and brainstorming sessions. This would allow for the Japan market to prepare the backend framework and a global standard of the look & feel of the site design and layout.
