The Ask

We were asked by McKesson to help design a Pharmacy Navigation Tool that assisted them in opening up a new store. The tool was desktop based to help them have access to customer service, knowledge database, documentation and an adjustable calendar with associated tasks.

The Process

We were a team of two UX designers, a PM and salesforce developers. We developed a site IA, wireframes, final high fidelity designs, redlines, developer annotations and clickable prototype. We did user testing and iterations of the final deliverable. In addition, we created a small style guide.

The Results

They were so happy with the tool, that they came back to us to design a companion product. I was staffed with a developer to make an iPad sales tool to demonstrate to potential pharmacists how it worked. We presented weekly the new designs and prototype. The product went live and we received great feedback from the users.
